Please be advised that the previous power outage times were in error. PWC will have access to the power system for the neighborhood from 6:00am until 8:00pm. The Balfour Beatty Communities Scholarship Program is open to high school seniors and/or undergraduate students attending accredited educational/technical institutions. Applicants must be the child of an active-duty service member stationed at any of the bases/ installations where Balfour Beatty Communities manages housing at the time of the application.
